Restaurant. Here, our acclaimed chef Muugii serves up delectable dishes of both Mongolian and Western varieties.

We are proud to harvest fresh fruits and vegetables from nearby organic farms in Bulgan, a small village community built around an artisan well. More than 50% of our food is locally sourced, and those items that are not (wine, cheese, etc) are purchased from Mongolia’s capital, Ulaanbaatar.
Because Mongolia is one of the last countries where livestock roams free on
fenceless pastures and consume a variety of grasses, shrubs and herb species, Mongolia’s meat is organic and some of the freshest you’ll experience in the world.

We are proud to purchase food items such as yogurt from local nomadic families. Gathering our supplies locally helps provide local families with opportunities and aids economic growth in the area.

Our dining staff is happy to make arrangements for dietary restrictions or specific needs. We also will accommodate your dining needs if you anticipate an early morning or late evening departure. Please contact a staff member to make these arrangements.

We look forward to serving you traditional Mongolian cuisine, such as Mongolian handmade noodles or steamed dumplings, as well as some of your western favorites like Shepard’s pie.
